Free and Confidential Women's Center

How do I know if I’m pregnant?

Any time you have sex, there’s always the possibility of pregnancy. Even if you took an at-home pregnancy test, verify your pregnancy with free pregnancy testing and an ultrasound.

A pregnancy test only indicates the possibility of pregnancy. Ultrasounds reveal three vital details, including the viability (if your pregnancy is developing), location, and gestational age (how far along you are) of your pregnancy. Once these details are confirmed, you can learn your pregnancy options.

How much will my appointment cost?

We offer our services and support at no cost because we care. We want to help you by making the weight of your unplanned pregnancy a bit lighter. All services, including appointments, are free and confidential to you.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. Absolutely. You can bring whoever you would like to your appointment. We want you to feel comfortable and supported during your time here.

Can I be pregnant and have an STD?

You can be pregnant and have an STD at the same time. If you have an untreated STD while pregnant can cause serious harm to you and your pregnancy. We recommend you get tested immediately.

We can refer you for STD testing in your area and give you guidance and support once you have the results.

Will my insurance company know about my appointment?

Your visit and the information you share are kept confidential. We can provide client information only to your physician with your written consent.

My Partner Is Pregnant. How Can I Help Her?

Encourage her to schedule an appointment at Life Options Clinic. She should start with free pregnancy testing and an ultrasound. If her pregnancy is confirmed, it’s essential to discuss your options: abortion, making an adoption plan, or co-parenting. Even though she will ultimately make the final decision, your opinion matters.

What if I don’t know my next steps?

We understand. Many women come to us without knowing what to do next. Believe it or not, you have options. Talk to one of our client advocates who can help you find answers to your questions.

Schedule a free consultation so we can learn more about your situation. We’re here for you.
